Produktionssysteme / Fabriken für die Beschichtung von Flachbildschirmen für die Fa. Unaxis (CH)

Errichtung von End-to-End Fertigungslösungen für die Herstellung von Flachbildschirmen. Die Beschichtung von Displays erfolgt mittels Dünnfilmtechnik unter Verwendung von Plasma-Reaktoren (Aufdampfung einer Siliziumschicht)


Task

Support of the Factory Acceptance Tests on the production site (CH) incl. supervision of the subsequent disassembly and preparation of the shipment to Asia (units were shipped to Taiwan, Korea and China).

On-site supervision during mechanical installation of the units incl. commissioning and performance test.

Several plants were built for the following end customers in Europe, Asia and Russia: Schott, Bosch, lnventux, Chint Solar, HelioSphera, Pramac, Gadir Solar, HevelSolar, SunWell, AuriaSolar.

Challenges

Monitoring and coordination of various plants in international setting.

Project Result

On-time completion in line with the budgeted cost incl. performance tests and handover to the clients.

Production Systems/Plants for Flat Screen Coating for Unaxis (CH)

Implementation of end-to-end solutions for the flat screen productionThe coating of flat screens is done via thin film surface technology using plasma reactors (physical vapor deposition of a silicon film)

Task

Supervision of the Factory Acceptance Tests at the production site (CH) incl. supervision of the subsequent disassembly and preparation of the shipment to Asia (units were shipped to Taiwan and Korea).

On-site supervision in Asia during mechanical installation of the units incl. commissioning and performance test.

Challenges

At first, the units underwent a  FAT together with the client in Switzerland. The parts were systematically disassembled, shipped, within very short time rebuilt on-site in Taiwan and Korea and commissioned.
